We are pleased to share an upcoming lecture hosted by the Australian Institute of Polish Affairs (AIPA) with guest speaker Dr Piotr Łubiński, lawyer and expert in humanitarian law, international criminal law, human rights, and international public law.

Dr Łubiński's presentation will delve into the intricate dynamics of hybrid warfare, focusing on the striking parallels and nuanced disparities between Poland and Australia.  The presentation will focus both on the concept of hybrid warfare and the pervasive issue of disinformation and misinformation.
